Maintenance Rates
Hourly Maintenance Rate:   $30
6 month prepaid:  $180 prepaid gives you 2 hrs per month, after 2 hrs, fee is $25/hr
12 month prepaid: $350 prepaid gives you 2 hrs per month, after 2 hrs, fee is $25/hr
